We provide professional landscaping services in Florin, CA and surrounding areas. This includes lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, and more.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service availability may vary based on weather conditions, scheduling, and other factors beyond our control.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions found during service. We'll notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with work.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We'll do our best to keep scheduled appointments. If we need to reschedule, we'll give you as much notice as possible.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for providing clear access to work areas and notifying us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden obstacles on your property.

Please keep pets secured during our visit. If we can't safely access your property, we may need to reschedule.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with our services, let us know within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Plant warranties vary by species and season. We'll explain any specific plant guarantees when you place your order.

We're not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather, pests, disease, or improper maintenance after we complete our work.

Liability

We carry full liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We take care to protect your property, but accidents can happen.

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We're not responsible for indirect damages or losses.
